🚫 No Refund & No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer money refunds or product exchanges.

📦 Damaged, Wrong or Used Products
If a product returned by the customer is found to be damaged, used, or in poor condition after pickup, we will not process any replacement or issue any credit voucher under any circumstances.

Please ensure the product is returned in original condition with packaging intact.

A video of the parcel opening is needed for processing replacement; there should be no pause or cut in the video; otherwise, replacement will not be possible.
